  • Standard Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, If not completely satisfied a shipping label will be provided for Returns. 

Shipping Information

  • Damages: Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any damages and report them within 24 hours to support@perzyme.com with photos and a description of the damage.

Important Additional Information

  • Fees: If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, a 1.7% transaction fee and cancellation fee may apply.
  • Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft and may result in legal action.
