Perzyme Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Purchases:

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel a one-time purchase, cancellations are available before the product is dispatched. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Subscription Services:

  • Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time before your next scheduled billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Perzyme account by logging into the account section of our website. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • Refunds on Subscriptions: Refunds for shipped subscription orders are not available. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. Missed Deadlines for Subscription Cancellation:

If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle, the order will be processed, and your account will be charged. In such cases, we will not be able to offer a refund, but you can modify or cancel future orders.
